I’ve just ran the GitHub action again and 12.12.0 is now available. You’ll receive a prompt to update within Home Assistant.
I’ll also create a beta channel for the HA add-on so that you can choose to switch to the pre-release builds.

I was able to update my SHS to 12.12.0 yesterday evening running on Unraid via the Unraid Docker management tab.
