So working on transferring devices from my HA to Homey, before I did i put the ha linking appp in and all looked good but have removed and now moving devices from ha to homey, but in some instances i keep getting when adding a zigbee device Device already added, for example I am trying to move a samsung door sensor and I have removed it from ha but get this error when trying to put it into homey, it will immediately link back with ha if i allow it to, any suggestions? this is also happening on hue bulbs
I think you should add the actual app names, preferrably with the app store links along with it; as I can’t see what causes what by which app.
Does this mean when pairing with Homey fails, it adds itself to HA again?
If you use zigbee2mqtt, please don’t enable, or disable the “auto join” function.
But, by default it disables itself after a few minutes?

In that case I don’t understand your post at all, as HSHS doesn’t have any connectivity but LAN.

So I have built a Self Hosted Server on a NUC using Ubuntu, all working fine, connected to the network by ethernet, I have a Homey Bridge once again all connected and working. To start with I used the HA app which worked well but want to migrate all the HA stuff to the Homey Server, so I deleted the HA app and then started removing devices from the HA disabling the auto join when doing so. I have added Aqara switches and zigbee plugs etc with no problem, when I try to add my Samsung door/window sensor homey says the device is already added, I have also tried to just add a hue bulb which was deleted from the hue hub and reset but get the same message. None of these devices are showing up as devices in Homey. If I make them join HA again they join with no problem. Hope this helps
Yes I have looked at that, and the device was not listed, however after multiple attempts I tried doing it again this morning and still the same issue then suddenly it went in and it added the device…
I feel your misery, I am having the exact same problem with the same Samsung door/window multi sensor.. Homey says already added, but no where does it show in homey.. also with a Self Hosted Server.
But of course I have noticed that going through a router or repeater can make a difference but as said before when you get the error looking at the developers site there is no sign of the device. So far I have managed to connect nearly everything but only due to persistence and try try try again. There also seems one other issue, when you add a device you sometimes end up on a black screen and the only thing you can do is to go back which then you get you are leaving the page (which is black) continue or ok if you continue then it just shows the black page and if you say ok then you have to start again.
