If i have a Homey Pro? What would Homey Pro Mini do??
In my understanding basicly the same if you just use Zigbee and Matter.

For you? probably nothing, the “ordinary” Homey Pro is still the flagship.
Having said that, i`m not sure what demographic the Homey Pro Mini is meant for. The mini appears to have been created based on user statistics collected from homey pro users, and somewhat on feedback by customers.
