Homey pro going offline many time during a day

I have a problem with my Homy pro going offline many times in a day. Had the same problem when I was running WIFI, but now I’m running with a network cable and still have the same problem. Have even set it up so that Homy pro has a fixed IP address.

Have had this problem since I bought it.
Now it’s starting to get annoying. Maybe time to return this one to get a new one.

Any suggestions on what could be causing my homy to go offline multiple times in a day?

Try changing the power supply and/or the power cable.

This means that I have to go and buy a new electrical cable to be able to run with a LAN cable
Got to have a chat with the shop I bought my Homy pro from
Love my Homey pro but hate it when it goes offline X times every day

Or you make a support ticket and Homey will send you a replacement if it is realy your cable.
