I just updated to a Homey Pro after enjoying my Homey early 2016 for many years. I needed the extra CPU power, what is doing it’s work, but 2 things came to my attention:
- Speaker is sounding not so nice, having a plastic sound (blikkerig in dutch)
- IR is very bad, Homey is standing on the same place as before and with the backup flows from my 2016 model it can’t control my TV any more.
Of course I can change it to network control, but it feels strange having to do that with a new Pro version. Where you may think you have a better experience than before.
Is this something you guys also having experienced with the Homey Pro model, or am I the guy that have gotten a Homey that is not working like it is designed?
