I’m facing a very challenging situation with Homey Pro. I have the 2023 version, and my network is comprised mostly of Z-Wave devices. Whenever I try to control any device, it keeps giving timeout 10000ms, or it says “TRANSMIT_COMPLETE_NO_ACK”. For a while it was at least still controlling the WiFi…

Just contacted support with the same issue. Was using the Homey Pro 2023 for a month or so, then started having timeouts (sometimes command still goes through after a few minutes) a few days back. Did you get a resolution to this?

I’ve same issue. Started few weeks ago. All apps are crashing by timeout. Nothing works :disappointed:

When you did this…did you have to repair your z wave devices? I recently switched from Hubitat to homey pro and I’m ready to switch back. Homey pro has been nothing short of a dumpster fire.

I gradually re-paired all the ones that I had paired as authenticated, as non-authenticated, and that made a big difference.

Litteraly doing that as I type this… Seems to be helping alot. Guess too much S2 traffic?

Which is another question… Is there any “real” concern about having all my devices as insecure?

What solved my issue was doing a full factory reset of Homey via DFU mode, and then restoring from my latest backup. The situation has improved about 90%.
