I have the same problem. After a clear reset the unit is working, but after restoring a backup the unit is in the endless loop.
The support has repaired my homey pro, but the problem is the same.
Did replacing the device solve the problem for you?

In my case, yes, it solved the problem.
I think it is because of faulty CM4 module.
