Hi, I got the 2016-2019 model. Few days ago it updated to 12.3.0 and nothing have worked after that. Same thing happened few weeks back, but I did the reset and got it working. But now I have done the reset (flip upside down) few times, but wont help. It connects to wifi just fine but none of the features work. Any help? Or is this some kind of forced update to buy a new one lol. Thanks!
Did you try PTP (pull the plug for 12 minutes)?
Let Homey start up for 30 minutes after PTP, whithout interfering.
My Homey runs fine with v12.3.0
Can you describe which steps you took after the wifi connects?

Homey have been unplugged for longer periods (hours). And replugging wont seem to help
When I did the upside down reset, I took all the steps it offered. Connceted phone to Homey wifi, connected Homey to home wifi, did the installation steps in the app etc. Although I did choose the existing profile instead creating a new one. I really dont want to loose all my flows and devices… That is only thing that I have not tried as it will take hours to redo everything.

Don’t you have a backup supscription?
You can use a 1€ / month subscription for instance.
What you can still try without changing / ruining all of your work:
In the setup menu, you’ll find “full software download”. This will install the firmware from scratch and solved many weird issues.
But I really recommend to create a backup up front. Just in case.

After upgrading I have the same problem as that, I have the same hardware …
I will join, wifi goes, I see my Zigbee device over the phone, but every single icon is loading and it ends.
