What version Homey firmware?
Pls use the original 5.2Volt usbc adapter and maybe try another usb-c to usb-c cable.
Most other usb-c adaptes do not privide 5.2 volt but 5.0 volt.
A good usb-a adapter sometimes gives more than 5.0 volt wuth a good usb-a to usb-c cable.
Whay does [APP][Pro] sysInternals - Shows Homey’s System Internals report special the alarms, uptime?
