When I update to v5.0 experimental firmware, will I lose my devices and flows? Also, when v5.0 is released, can I just turn off experimental updates, and remain on stable 5.0, or will I have to factory reset Homey again?

No, all you devices will stay the same, it might be possible that you need to re-do your zigbee mesh (if you have that), but that isn’t the case for everyone.
Do remember, it is still experimental, and there are still bug(s) open.
If you disable experimental, you will stay that way until a higher version stable has been released. (non RC is accounted as higher version number, but if you update to a non RC experimental version, then your Homey will (most likely) stay experimental (v5.0.0) until a higher stable version is released.)
