Since the introduction of dynamic prices the price indication was pretty accurate. But since a reboot of Homey the price is not correct anymore. As you can see in the screenshots it is €0,42 as the Zonneplan app show €-1,27. All settings as extra costs and tax are still correct.
Does anyone know how I can troubleshoot or fix this issue?
Yesterday I entered the dynamic prices on my energy tab. Now almost each time I open the Energy tab it fails to load those, and I have to restart the entire app because nothing works anymore. Can’t open another tab, can’t remove the dynamic prices, always need to restart iOS app.
Also, if I don’t kill the app the prices will load eventually, but the whole ui remains unresponsive
There is one app that works locally and is compatible with both the Solarflow 800 and the 2400AC. It functions well, except that it only detects one of my two Solarflow 800 units.
Can we please remove or hide the 90% phase message ? If we want to receive a message we can make a flow ourselves right? Everytime i charge te car there are sometimes short peaks and i receive a notification and my timeline is being spammed. Please @Emile is this already an option or can this be done?
Isn’t this homewizard. I got those messages as well. The app developer suggested to increase the amparage in the settings. That didhelp to get rid of those messages
No homey dongle but its absurd to set a higher amperage if you don’t have this. This message should be optional or if it exceeds the 90% for a x amount of time.
Could it be possible to enter (and show) the prices in cents instead of in euro? The companies use till 4 numbers as decimal, with the rounding it’s impossible to read.
As comparison, there is an iOS app that produces a very nice widget:
I love the recent addition of dynamic prices (and the dashboard widget), but I feel like the cost per device is currently a bit confusing.
A lot of my devices are automated to run on excessive power from my solar panels, which means that they’re essentially running for free during the day. For devices that are running all day, using both solar and grid, this will make the result confusing and not really valuable.
I understand that the devices are displaying the value of the energy used at that time, but is there any plans to show actual cost of the energy? It would be cool to have it as a setting similar to the “self consumed” section of the solar energy for the pricing/cost that you can toggle between
Dynamic prices are a nice addition! But at the moment very limited in funtionality for Norwegian market.
Norway uses a two-part tariff for electricity delivery: capacity fee and energy fee.
Capacity fee - based on your three highest hourly consumption peaks in a month.
Ex (average of three highest hourly consumption peaks for a month):
0 - 1.99 kWh: 100 NOK
2 - 4.99 kWh: 200 NOK
5 - 9.99 kWh: 300 NOK
10 - 14.99 kWh: 500 NOK
etc.
Fees vary in different areas.
Energy fee – based on total kWh used, with cheaper rates at night.
Ex:
06:00 - 22:00: 0.5 NOK/kWh
22:00 - 06:00: 0.4 NOK/kWh
These fees comes on top of the dynamic prices for my area in addition to 25 % VAT.
There is also a program that automatically reduces household electricity bills when hourly spot prices exceed a certain threshold. But that is covered by the formula functionality.
I agree, same problem in Denmark
We have the same system (transport cost) in Denmark, just distributed across 3 different times. My idea for a solution is that if Homey in Calculation under formula allows the use of a variable, then you can update the variable when the transport cost changes. Of course, it would be great if it could be retrieved automatically, but enabling a variable would be a quick workaround
