Please check the DNS server used for Homey. My api calls to openweather is not working.
This is a community forum, if you want to communicate with Athom you need to file a support request.
Besides that, Homey will use your network’s default name server with fallbacks to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 and 9.9.9.9.

Not sure if this helps, but after a last week improvement in Athom’s server side, a router power cycle (restart by taking power completely off) in order to renew the DHCP lease your Homey gets may help.
If you have assigned to Homey a fixed internal (LAN) IP address, then changing it could be extra helpful+restart Homey.
