But a good one, I also often get the impression that things aren’t as well tested (or rather, even worse tested) for Android and Windows as they are for iOS and macOS.
Also, “Als je bij ons komt werken krijg je een MacBook Pro van de zaak” ![]()

Well, I don’t use Android nor Windows (Privatly) but I judged this (testgroup is exactly 1 person) from the state of the iPad app, so also an assumption.
But like Emile said, forum users are not a good representation of Homey’s userbase and they do have the numbers thus we have to respect the decision they make on how to deploy their resources.
Perhaps, although I can’t imagine that there are more people waiting for a Homey-branded P1 dongle than there are people wanting a stable and decent Zigbee implementation, for example. In other words, I don’t get the impression that Athom is always “user-driven”.
No, that’s true.
But what about an option to directly open any insight of the capability / device?
Don’t know if it should be a fixed deeplink or just related device info?
Correct. But I’m unsure what you mean by your comment.
Is this just additional info?
Or is using flows a problem to you?
Or do you just mean I should’ve added this info to my post un the first place? ![]()
Well, they don’t hava any solutions fo Mac either. Do they expect developers to work on Android or iOS devices?
If you have an Apple Silicon Mac you can at least run the iPad app on it.
How are you guys doing it with charging ?
Non stop charging or ?
Will buy a wallmount where I can hang and charge the tablet
I use “Tasker” on Android to send the tablet battery level via Webhook to Homey.
Homey switches a smart plug on if battery is <10% and of if battery >80%
try using the enhanced device widget.
works fine here nwith somfy
if you edit the web widget,
can’t you edit the framehight from.
I have 3 options. The middel one i can set the hight in px.
What is the refresh time from a snapshot of a camera ?
No automatic refresh (yet). You might get a refresh when you open the dashboard.
Hmm oké sad
@Harwin Could you please update the number of tiles/row in the Homepage of the (Android) app ?
I am still stuck with 3 tiles/row in the Home page while the device page has 4 tiles/row
Im really missing a group widget that shows the most important info in one tile like
@ricercar we could have a look at that, I need some information first:
Can i cast the dashboard to a Google screen? Or access the dashboard whit an web browser?
Or do i need to by multiples tablets to put on the walls around my house?
