Hi @provanguard
Couple of messages above this one you have a link that you can follow if you want to upvote a feature request for Dashboard on the Web App
does someone made a video/demo how this works, how does it look like, how does it actually work?
Maybe a video with a demo so people can see what you can do or not can do?
Thereās a showcase topic. But I guess a dashboard is kind of self explanatory: it hold buttons / widgets / flows placed and organized to your liking. The widgets can extend the visualization or functionality for devices connected to your Homey.
In addition to pendojoshua: itās new, still in a very early development stage, things might change, and (probably) more things are yet to come, by Athom as well as by community (app) developers.
Iām under the impression you now would like to see a demo of a finished product.
For now, just press all the buttons and have fun ![]()

Iām trying to develop widgets, but I encounter troubles with several widgets. The first widget within the app works fine, but from then on all added widgets only render āwidget not foundā in the dashboard. Iāve started all over with a new app, and experience the same problem⦠I use only boilerplate code, and use command āhomey app installā to test the widgets.
Do you use multiple widgets in a single app? Do you use homey app widget create for each widget or did you try to manually clone the folder?
Multiple widgets within an app, each created with the āhomey app widget createā command
The first one still works and can be developed with changes, but the second and third always renders āWidget Not Foundā - even when I keep the created boilerplate index.html unchangedā¦
Iāll try to recreate this later today and see what I get. I have no direct answer if itās all done following the instructions of the docs. Sorry!
Homey Updates for Android are delayed:
I am sorry to inform you that weāre still having some trouble with getting our latest updates shipped on Android. Google is making things unnecessarily difficult. Please have patience, and know that we are working hard to get those updates shipped to Android.
The new updates will support:
With this howto, you can add a Google Calendar by generating an URL you can use in the āwebā widget for displaying it:
Now, from the generated URL, like this example:
<iframe src="https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?height=600&wkst=2&mode=AGENDA&title=Test&src=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&color=%23F4511E" style="border:solid 1px #777" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>
remove the iframe parts, so you end up with just this part:
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?height=600&wkst=2&mode=AGENDA&title=Test&src=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&color=%23F4511E
When you paste that URL into the āwebā widget,
it can look like this:
Dit is vreemd of ik doe iets fout
ik heb TESTFLIGHT geĆÆnstalleerd maar ik krijg geen e-mail met de link voor de inwisselcode
doe ik ni nog iets fout
Iāll get it now
2 emails
1 from System via Homey community and 1 from Discobot via Homey community
but what should I do?
Ik krijg nu wel
2 mailtjes
1 van System via Homey community en 1 van Discobot via Homey community

Iāll get it now

See 1st post. App version 9.0.0
Android version, not app version. But it would make sense that dashboards are available on every Android version thatās able to run the Android app.
