Hello, I´m new to Homey and I need help. I have a Homey Bridge premium, however I do not have access to the Tuya app. Says it´s only on Homey pro. Can you help me.

SbT, the development of the ‘official’ Tuya wifi app has been frozen.
The Tuya Cloud community app is not available for Homey cloud (and won’t be).
My advice: skip Tuya / Tuya whitelabel devices.
Or buy a (used) Pro to be able to control Tuya wifi devices
Check the appstore for Homey cloud supported devices, to discover what you could use:
