Homey 2023 is red

Hi community!

My homey 2023 is red after a normal restart.
What I did to fix it:

  • Try to reset with 30 seconds reset with the pin
  • Try to install new firmware within usb mode
  • Did a factory reset within usb mode.

Nothing fixed it.

Any ideas, community?

Breathing, rotating or something else?

If you not only tried the Full Firmware Download using USB but it also finished with a Success message you should contact Athom Support.
