My homey 2016 after putting it in setup mode it is nog giving wifisetup AP. Is there something I can do myself like opening it and pressing a reset button? there is nog reset button on the outside.Or do I need to contact Athome?

thx but the problem I have is that the wifi AP setup is not working
Just to clarify (you don’t descibe the steps you took):
So, you mean you’ve actually read and followed the guide, and then there’s no Homey AP appearing in the wifi overview?
Afaik you’re ought to open wifi settings per provided menu link (don’t just open wifi settings directly).
It can take a while for Homey AP to appear…
There’s no other way to enable Homey’s AP
