Help! Dashboards widgets are constantly loading

Since the launch of Dashboards I have constanly loading widgets when using iPhone or iPad.
I am talking about widgets obtained in Apps (community made, like Clocks and Galerij).

It works perfectly when using a Samsung phone (andriod), so for me the problem is iOS related!

Already dropped an email to support early december and still not recieved an update nor reply.
Can somebody confirm this issue or m I the only one???

I am using Dashboards and experiencing problems with external Apps (widgets) like Clocks, Afval Herinnering, Buienradar, Shelly en Galerij.
Widgets are constantly loading in the dashboard.

I have a Homey Pro (Early 2019), bought a licence for 25 euro and using two Apple iPhones and an iPad (all OS version 18.1.1).

Installed it on an phone with Andriod and it’s working perfectly.
Does this means it’s Apple (iOS) related!

Can somebody help?

I don’t think it is iOS related. My dashboard worked fine, but loading got slower and slower (while memory and CPU usage was around 50%).

So yesterday I decided to restart the Homey, and now I have the same problem. My widget keep loading.

I have around 20 widgets, and randomly only 50% of my widget load properly.

So it’s also related on the homey app self ontbind then ?

Have the same but then not with the widgets but with the app self

It’s responding slower after a while

On my Samsung phone the Dashboard is functioning perfectly.

I am using 50% of my storage and installed around 25 Apps on my Homey.

After removing the Homey App on my iPad and reinstaling it, it’s working fine only for awhile.

I created 2 dashboards:
First one with Apps like Clocks (no Homey) and 5 more: 12 columns and 29 widgets.
Second one with only Homey Apps: 9 columns and 25 widgets.

My second dashboard is working fine on both Andriod as iOS.
Only the “no Homey” Apps on the first dashboard are constantly loading on iOS device, so still believe it’s iOS related.

Please try an Andriod device…

If you first remove the Homey App on you iPhone or iPad and then load it again from the App-store, open it and login with your account and select the required Dashboard it’s working fine.
When closing problem is back…
