Hi
I’ve been using the Homey dashboard on my iPad for some time with out having any problems. I now bought a Samsung tablet with Android 14 but some of the widgets does not update but they are working fine on the same dashboard on my iPad.
Edit: The two widgets are the Sonos and the other is Enhanced device widget showing a Power-by-the-hour device. Anyone who got same/similar issues or know what to do?
Do you also have .ast of delay on your iPad after a while when the dashboard is open?
So I mean operating devices and or switching between different dashboards.
This seems to be a known issue
Maybe it’s the same for Sonos
No issue’s or delays on the iPad, works really good.
Thx Peter pointing this out, but think my issue looks a bit different as it never show any values at all no matter how long I leave the dashboard open.
What kind of iPad ?
After a few hours the app is slower and slower
iPad Air 5th generation.
Have you tried to restart the specific App? or re-install?
I have the problem that witgets are constantly loading on my iPad (OS version 18.1.1.).
Not the Homey ones, but the App widgets created by the Developer Community, like Clocks.
When using a Samsung phone (Andriod version 14 en One UI 6.1) it’s working perfectly.
For info: I have a Homey Pro (Early 2019) and bought a licence for 25 euro to get dashboards access.
I have dropped my incident at Homey support on december 12th, but haven’t received an answer yet.
Hi Henk2
I just tried to uninstall the Enhanced Device widgets app (by @Adrian_Rockall) and re-installed it but the problem is still the same.
The Sonos app I don’t want to uninstall right now as it will break to many of my flows😟.
I have actually now a second Android tablet but got the same issues as that one as well.
I have send a support request to Athom about it.
Hi AVP,
Do you also have issues with the community widgets on your iPad?
I am wondering if we are the only ones facing these problems?
My main dashboards are running on my android tablets (or were supposed to). My iPad dashboard I only use on the fly in short moments.
