Does anybody knows a solution to get a message in Homey when door contact has been open for 10’ ?

You can use a timer, for example with the Chronograph App.

Three flows;

  1. WHEN doorcontact is on THEN start timer doorcontact 600sec
  2. WHEN doorcontact is off THEN stop timer doorcontact
  3. When Timer doorcontact is zero, THEN notification

Or message or email or mobile etc etc

I use two flows (forget the extra timer, that is a next stage warning… if door is open even longer):
