Flush shutter qbino doesn't open at 100%

I got 2 questions / issues with my qbino flush shutter.

  1. Why when I ask google assistant to open my shutter, it move only about 10% up or down. I got the issue with all my 6 shutters

  2. I got one of my 6 shutters (profalux filaire model) , that starts after a calibration to move from only 10% when I sent a order to up/down. And even if, I disconnect the qbino module, it stays like that when I press the button in the wall (legrand). I think maybe that it is linked. This second issue is a real issue, because this shutter doesn’t work properly now.
