I am looking for a solution or app that would allow me to have the list of Flows where my Better logic variables are used.

It does not (yet) list flows using BL vars, BUT:
Flows which use (BL or Homey logics) ‘var X’ will be reported when you temporary remove ‘var X’
Example:
I temporary removed one BL var:

How neat is that.
