I have recently noticed some of my flows repeat certain functions. For example i have a bedtime flow. The flow turns off all lights and sockets downstairs and turns on bedside lights etc upstairs.
It works great.
However ive noticed that the flow repeats for a few minutes.
This evening my kitchen lights went off with the flow as expected. Ive then a minute later gone back into the kitchen and turned the lights on. They auto turned off within a minute, i turned them on, auto off again.
I looked at history and it kept showing that the device was going off as part of the bedtime routine but it was 2 mins then 3 mins etc apart - without Alexa or manual activation
What would make homey or Alexa repeat the flow or part of the flow over and over?
Cant find a similar topic sorry, any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Maybe you could share your flow (screenshot). Especially the part that contains the triggers/conditions that initiate the flow.
This is the routine
Seems to only affect Kitchen lights and Bathroom Lights. Everything else is fine
Do each of the cards in the THEN section have a (minimum) delay assigned (e.g. 1 sec)? Otherwise Homey will (try) to execute all those cards at once, which does not always have the desired result. By adding a delay to each card, the cards will be executed after each other (more or less).
If I understand correctly, the flow is started manually. Are there any other flows that call/initiate this flow?

None have a delay, never thought about it tbh! Everything just goes off. Its only been an issue in thr last 2 weeks.
No other flows start this routine no
Put timeline commands at start and end of the flow. That will tell you how long it takes to execute and whether or not it’s being called multiple times.

Hmm. Being daft here, how do i add timeline commands please?
Ha always learning
Thanks
In the THEN section, when adding a new card, go to the Notification section (‘Meldingen’ in the below screenshot in Dutch) and select the one flowcard that is available in that section. It allows you to add a notification to Homey’s timeline:
