Flow that monitor energy usage

Hello.

I own a small cabin with only a 16A fuse, but more then 7000W of electronic equipment installed. I want to make a flow that alerts me when I surpass 3500W usage, and then turn of two smart plugs if they are used.

Can anyone help me with this flow? I have all my equipment installed behind smart plugs with energy readings.

Not exactly what you requested, but maybe it’s of any use: Check out the Piggy bank app. It can keep the power below a certain level, by switching off devices, starting by the least important ones, all configurable.
