@Emile you can use an iBeacon with the app Owntracks, and configure this beacon with an MQTT server on the back.
When you pass a geofence or iBeacon you trigger owntracks and can operate the required flow with that.
Also this way more reliable than Homey location, sorry for that 
I use this to open my front gate when driving true a geofence.
