Fibaro RGBW Controller - Homey changes the device state, but the output behaves inconsistently

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a very strange issue with two Fibaro RGBW Controllers on Homey Pro (Early 2023) using the official Fibaro app.
My setup
Homey Pro (Early 2023)
Official Fibaro app
Two Fibaro RGBW Controllers (firmware 5.x)
Standard bistable wall switch (ON/OFF, not momentary)
LED lighting connected to the RED output (used as a single ON/OFF light)
The wall switch is connected to IN1
The RGBW controller is powered from a dedicated 12/24V power supply
The wiring is exactly the same as shown in the official Fibaro RGBW Controller wiring diagram. The wall switch is connected only to IN1 and does not disconnect power from the RGBW controller.
I have attached a screenshot of the wiring diagram.
The problem
This issue only affects my two RGBW Controllers (“Stairs” and “Front facade LEDs”).
I also have several Fibaro Single/Double Switch modules controlling LED power supplies, and they work perfectly with Homey. They always stay synchronized with the wall switch and the Homey app.
The problem exists only on the RGBW Controllers.
What happens
The behaviour depends on the current state of both the Homey device and the physical wall switch.
For example:
The LEDs are OFF.
I press ON in the Homey app.
The Homey device icon immediately changes to ON.
However, the LEDs do not turn on.
Homey still reports 0 W, so the output never actually switched ON.
Now it gets even stranger.
While Homey still shows the device as ON, I can suddenly use the physical wall switch to turn the LEDs ON and OFF normally.
However, if I do not first press ON in the Homey app, the physical wall switch sometimes does not work correctly either.
It almost feels as if Homey has to “activate” or “arm” the RGBW controller before the wall switch starts working.
Depending on the previous state of Homey and the wall switch, different combinations occur. Sometimes Homey can control the light, sometimes only the wall switch works, sometimes neither behaves as expected.
The behaviour is inconsistent and seems to depend on the previous state of the controller.
Additional observations
The Homey device icon always changes correctly when I press ON or OFF.
The physical output does not always follow the Homey state.
When the LEDs are OFF, Homey reports 0 W.
The wall switch does not update the device state correctly in Homey.
I tested both:
Toggle switch (switch state based)
Toggle switch (toggle state)
Both configurations behave exactly the same.
There are no Flows, no Advanced Flows, and no automations controlling these devices.
Video
I attached a video showing the problem.
In the video you can see that:
Homey changes the device state correctly.
The LEDs do not turn on.
As soon as I touch the wall switch, the LEDs start working.
Then Homey can control them again.
After using the wall switch again, the problem returns.
Question
Has anyone experienced this behaviour with Fibaro RGBW Controllers on Homey Pro?
Could this be a bug or limitation in the official Fibaro app, or is there a known configuration that fixes this?
At the moment, all my Fibaro Switch modules work perfectly. Only the RGBW Controllers behave like this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
