Same issue, following this topic.
I recently switched all my devices from Vera Edge to Homey and I can’t get the fibaro motion sensor to work either. Connection works fine as such and pushing config as well. I receive parameters like lux and temperature, but with very low refresh rate. Feels like it only reports at wakeup time so when the sensor actually catches something, it does not report it immediatly to Homey.
All settings are the same as they were on my previous Vera and in line with the screenshots that Peter_Markussen posted.
