It would be great is we could see that status of our locks, that little pad lock is too tiny to quickly glance at it to know if the lock is locked or not… Maybe give the option to show it as “text”?
It would be better if it is open, that it would be shown more openly as in the following picture.
And color it red/green might be cool as well, like with Home Assistant:

Thanks for the tip, I’ve already tried but it make the dashboard pretty messy compared to the regular icon if I was going to do that with all my locks

In the dashboard it’s really hard to distinguish between an unlocked and a locked lock.
Suggest that you change the symbol for unlocked to a slightly more opened padlock.
In the screenshot attached one lock in unlocked and the other is locked… Not easy to tell the difference by just looking at the yellow padlock indication, right?

Instead of the think boxes you can display a status as well with a custom color. Like green for locked and red for open. Check the video to see the how to.

True! It’s maybe more a solution until there a custom lock status/icons.
Shouldn’t be that difficult to create for team Homey.
