A config section where you can define the devices/sensors to use for: Grid +/-, Home Load, Solar, Battery +/-, Car Charger, etc.
This would be useful. I have a Glowmarkt CAD (Consumer Access Device) that connects to my smart meters via their closed Zigbee HAN. It pulls live gas and electricity usage and tariff rates, but despite being set as a whole home energy source it doesn’t show up in the home load, or the live tariff rates display. Despite pulling this data directly from the meters. In the UK we don’t have smart meters with P1 ports to connect the energy dongle to, so this is the next best thing for live energy data.
