Hi, my homey stopped to work. It can’t see online. I have try to update firmare using usb tool, but it remain on verifying… see foto. I don’t want lose all my data!! Any idea?
Do you have Homey Cloud Backups?
Contact Athom support.
Maybe try other USB-C cable to the PC and retry…
I was also thinking about using an other USB-C cable.
