I use the camera widget to show the day ahead prices, generated by the app Power by the Hour (PbtH).
At least once a day I have to close my dashboard and restart it to have the graph visible. It seems that this widget is crashing …
I use a Samsung tablet (Galaxy Tab A, model SM-T510) with Android 11.
My dashboard uses 4 colums.
And after a restart from the Homey Android app:
I guess only Athom can fix this → homey.app/support
Or @gerard_athom …, please read my error description for the Homey Android app.
But also dropped this error at homey.app/support.
Forgot about this possibility.
In the meantime I checked the app (I do that every weekend) on a new version and there is a newer one. Was 9.4.0, now 9.4.1 installed.
Edit: this new version has the same problem with the camera widget.

In the weekend I created a second dashboard (on another but identical Android tablet) with much less widgets (3), among which the camera widget with the day ahead prices from PBTH.
Guess what: the widget in both dashboards crashes at the exact same time.

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this without more information. Have you tried using another source for the camera widget and see if this is also the case? I like to know if this is a PBTH app issue or a general issue in the camera widget. Also keep in mind I have currently other responsibilities and therefore this probably won’t have the highest priority at the moment.
I have a second camera widget added, from KMNI.
Both widgets crashed last night, but there was also a Homey update and an update from my router. No a real good situation to compare.
I restarted the dashboard this morning, both camera widgets are alive (PbtH and KNMI).

Only the PbtH-camera widget has crashed in dashboards on my 3 tablets, the KNMI-widget stayed alive. I tend to conclude that it is the PbtH picture which is the root cause.
Can it be the number of calls per hour to refresh it?
I even tried another brand, Lenovo M11, and this tablet shows the same error.
Today I saw that Homey has its own “Electricity Prices” widget. I removed the camera widget with PbtH graph and now use this one. Even in Dark Mode !!!
Problem “solved” …..
