I have 2 Thirdreality energy plugs. When I go into the energy tab to see my electricity costs it says no usage. However when I go into the device it’s reporting usage.
Is this outlet not fully supported? Something I’m doing incorrectly.

How long have you been using these plugs? As it might take some time for the data on the Energy tab to be updated.
Also, which period did you select in the Energy tab (in the top right corner)? Could it be that you selected a period for which no energy usage data is available?
You solved my mystery! I hadn’t been using them long enough since I added my electricity KWH cost amount. It’s now registering a $ amount.

I have the same problem. I have been using these devices for almost two years, all my devices have disappeared in homey energy, but I can elsee the energy in the devices card. There are almost 50 devices that just vanished.
