Empty power usage insights for Daikan/Samsung AC

We have recently bought new Samsung and Daikan air conditioners.

Both brands of air conditioners seem to not provide insights for power usage. However they do provide live insights for temperature and humidity.

I know for a fact that the AC has been used daily for the last 3 weeks but no power consumption is graphed. Could this be a reporting issue by the manufacturer, or maybe a data compiling issue on Homey’s end?

even on the month adjusted graphs the power consumption remains zero.

That means that the device does not support energy monitoring. In most cases, an Insight is still created for it, but it shows 0W. That’s normal, in that case the device simply doesn’t support energy monitoring
