E-mail verification Ikea dirigera - home smart app

I’m trying to add an email to my Ikea home smart app in order to be able to integrate my dirigera with other smart hub systems, but it keeps giving me an error (it says that there was an error and I should try again).

Has this happened to someone? Can you help me?
