My homey died (zigbee chip dead) because of some recent firmware(lots of people having this problem now).
So I bought a used unit. Sadly, I forgot to disable automatic update!
Is it possible to downgrade the firmware? I don’t want another one to die.

You can’t revert from a stable version to an earlier stable version.

The exact reason I want Homey setup to ask me if I would like auto updates enabled (or not) for it’s firmware,
or make Homey announce a new firmware update for which you can choose to install it unattended, or only after your approval.

I get why you think that now, but if the stable firmware were the only issue here, there probably were 100,000’s of posts like yours I guess, don’t you think?
Most of the time it’s a combination of issues.
I hope your ‘new’ Homey runs as it should!
