That’s a remarketed neo coolcam. But it’s a great device and you can turn of the detection light But Before you can use it I have to add the ids to the neo app since it’s a neo please send me the ids device manufacturer etc that you find in settings aka the gear box once it’s added as generic devi…

I’ve got a couple of these sensors I had been using with HC2, it would be great if you can add it to the Neo app. I changed manufacturer ID from 600 to 543 in the app for V1 and CLI loaded it, it’s working now. [image]

Hi there, Sorry to revive an old thread - can I ask how you managed to update the Manufacturer ID? Mine has the Manufacturer ID as 543 (even though it’s supposed to be a Neo) and only adds as a generic / basic Z-wave device. Cheers
