Does IKEA Trådfri Gateway app work with Homey Bridge or do you need Pro?
No, you need Homey Pro.
But Ikea Trådfri (without bridge) works with Homey Bridge.
For the next time you want to know if an app is for the pro only, you can check the app-store, and click on the “Homey beta” button at the top, it will tell you if it is supported or not.
Or check on the official beta page where it lists al apps.
