Does Athom respond to support tickets?

You assume they didn’t ask in the forum about their problems ?
Not all of them like yourself and me can solve issue’s without their support.
We can think of workarounds etc. But there are also people with less technical skills buying a homey.

But even I had to contact support a few times regarding issues that were not mentioned in the community. The fact is that at the moment it takes at least 3 weeks before you get any reply to your questions. In the standpoint of of customer service this is not a good thing.
On the other side as they have grown so much since they have expanded outside of Europe this is a common thing to happen.

Also as I know Athom is reading these forums and are most likley aware of this issue.
I am sure that they are already working on this to get this sorted.

Let’s hope so…tomorrow it’s been four weeks since I created my support ticket and I still haven’t heard anything at all from Athom. My system is still mostly unusable.

I responded only to the post of mr. Paxman, and he clearly is posting lots of messages here, no one can deny that.
Has nothing to do with ‘assuming’ imho.
