I‘ve just added my Philipps Hue Bridge via Matter and played a bit with it. How can I delete the Bridge from Homey? I don‘t see anything in the app… any ideas?

Judging by a very recent thread (in the Dutch part of the forum) about a user wanting to do the same with an IKEA Dirigera bridge, it seems this isn’t possible. You can ask Athom if they know a way: https://support.homey.app/hc/en-us/articles/360015784034-Submitting-a-support-request

Maybe deleting the connected Devices

That didn’t fix the issue with the Dirigera. Even a factory reset of Homey didn’t fix it, because Homey cannot handle it when another border router says it already knows Homey.

I could delete the matter link to homey within the hue app, but I‘m afraid that homey just say „sorry connection issue“ and everything on homey is still there. Plus I‘ve 33 device connected to the hue bridge, deleting all devices manually is horrible…

That’s why you need to ask Athom, I’m sure that they considered this situation when they implemented Matter.

The “one by one” removal would work, but not the “Remove Matter Node” - at least with Philips Hue. In the Advances Settings o a device I only see “Share Matter Device”:
