I’m facing exactly the same issue. Turning the lights on or off via “devices” works like a charm however in a flow with about 5 fibaro lights is a nightmare. Everytime there is a delay of at least 10/15 seconds and at random lights don’t respond and remain off.
Does anyone have any golden advice? I have the same issue that turning on / off any device from devices works ok. But turning on the same or multiple devices from flow works random.
Homey is “not very good” at commanding multiple devices at once, especially when started in standard flows (all THEN cards get fired at the same time).
You can use the < group > app, this automatically commands the group members with a slight delay in between
In advanced flow, you can connect the action cards in series, like “daisy chaining”.
This should add slight delays in between the firing of the cards, and improving the chance all devices respond.
Thank you Peter. I am not that worried about delays, what worries me most is reliability. When I fire “ON” on for example 10-15 lights, only 60% of them respond, and I need to run the flow again.

The tiny delays I mentioned make the chance to 100% response much bigger.
