I want to make Homey accessable to my wife. Is there a way that she may log into a dashboard only?

Not yet, Athom is working on a “kiosk” mode that will do exctly that what you ask for…
Have I understood? If I want a dashboard on the wall, I need an Homey app on an internet/wifi device (such as a tablett). I navigate to the dashboard and that is how it is displayed.
In a nutshell: yes that is how it is now, and new functionality coming. Like making a dashboard persistent in the Homey app.
You can’t leave Dashboards then without verification.
