I’m not really sure what you want me to say here,
Perhaps your right, they through about making a better product - but we’re “too lazy” and instead decided to go have a nap instead of email the manufactures to add it.
If it makes you feel better then you can think that.
But this thread is adding nothing to the “community forum” if you want to complain to people who have nothing to do with your problem also consider emailing customer support with your theory that Athom is lazy.
