Countdown without the countdown app

Do the next flows work properly instead of using the countdownapp? The main idea is that these flows are less restricting for Homey’s CPU . But maybe there are far more better solutions and am i completely wrong about the fact that many countdowntimers will be more restricting for Homey’s CPU.
