Mike_Li solved this.
Install app “Wireless weather sensors”
Select app in Homey, then “Configure”
Select Protocol “Oregon scientific v3”
Press “Save settings”
After seconds all sensors will pop up under “Available sensors”
Close the window and add each sensor by selecting ‘+’ add device…
