I have open a support ticket regarding that because their marketing is heavily misleading.
They claim “local everything” but it is actually a cloud device with few limited functionalities working on local network for maximum or 14 days.
For me that is a deal breaker and I’m requesting return and refund on my devices.
They should advertise “the cloud hub that will work for two weeks without internet, as far as you don’t need to access it”…
I’m okay in paying a premium for a device I would pay extra $100 for it, if the local network was true. But this is a cloud device that requires internet to work.
