Cielo, SmartOil, Somfy and Rainpoint (not Rainbird) - can't find apps

New Homey Pro user here, migrating from Alexa. I have several devices/apps I have not found a way to migrate, hoping to find answers here:

1. I have multiple Cielo Breez Max units, used to control mini-split air conditioner / heater units. Nothing comes up when I search for an app, or on these forums.
2. I have several soil moisture sensors and an irrigation switch made by “Rainpoint” and controlled by a rainpoint app.
3. I have a smart gauge for my heating oil tank, which works with an app called SmartOil
4. I have two sets of blinds which use the Somfy RTS controller. When I tried the app which I found on Homey, and tried to use it, an error came up saying something like that the 433 band is not legal for use in the US.

I think there’s a misunderstanding / fear of being sewed about low power 433MHz equipment like Homey / Somfy compared to high power 433MHz equipment
