Still “your” Pro doesn’t show up in the mobile app, you probably started/selected a new instance of the free trial version of Homey Cloud.
It can be recognised by it’s icon, a house, and it’s description “Homey” :
You’re not the first one mixing things up, it’s not very transparent
To add your Pro again, goto
- …More
- hit Homey (below your account)
- hit “+ Add new Homey”
This somewhat confusing command, also adds existing Homey’s to the app.
NOTE: you can create offline backups of a Pro 2023, however it’s not possible when it’s running.
With a Cloud backup subscription, backups are created automatically whilst Homey’s running.
