My flows changed and got new names after an update. I saw now that I allways had software codes with 3.6.? and now 12.4.2. I can not find any answer and I want my flows back.

Homey firmware is already years higher than v8.0
Guess v3.0 was around end of 2019.
And Homey firmware updates never have changed Flows or Flow names.
So I gues you need to search the cause in something else.
