Cant see new dashbord on web-app

Hi I am completely new to Homey pro 2023 and trying to make a dashboard on my pc. I don’t see the option to add a dashboard on the web app. How do I do that? If I go to the mobile app it works

You can’t, the dashboard is mobile-only.
