Can't add multiple airrtc.agl001 (Aqara E1 radiator thermostat)

Hi everyone,

I’ve bought a mini pro for the business (got a 2023 pro and SHS at home).
The problem that I’ve is that without any issue I could connect the 1st Aqara E1 radiator thermostat to the pro mini.

When I want to add a second the system looks like it adds the device, but then I get the message that it takes longer then expected and eventualy it won’t add. When I start the pairing again it states that the device is already added and therefore it can’t be added again.

The device isn’t visible in the homey app, webversion or in the developer tools site.
I’ve no clue what to do at this point (reboot won’t help).

Has somebody got any idea in this one??

It’s a battery device, right? Make sure you shortly press the pairing button every 2 seconds during pairing, this prevents the device from entering the power save mode while it’s still communicating with Homey

It is a battery device and I rotate the dial every second, so it won’t enter power save mode.

Often new Homeys seem to function better after a factory reset.
A zigbee reset might help as well, make sure to fix the 2.4GHz wifi channel to preferrably 1 or 6 or 11 on beforehand.
Homey selects the best zigbee channel (= least interference) during zigbee reset.
